If you are running 2.3.29 for OSX and experiencing problems with sync between Viivo and your cloud provider, we may have an easy solution for you. The problem only really occurs for Viivo 1.0 users who are still using the same Mac from Viivo 1 to Viivo 2.3.

For example, when you upgraded from Viivo 1.0 to Viivo 2.3, the path for the Viivo folder is:
/Users/xyz/VIIVO

But in the Cloud Tab, the local folder was configured for:
/Users/xyz/Viivo

The casing mismatch was causing the sync watcher to not detect changes.

To fix this issue:
1. Stop Viivo
2. Rename "/Users/xyz/VIIVO" to "/Users/xyz/Viivo"
3. Start Viivo
