    Multi-Factor Authentication

    When logging in using MFA, the box labeled "Viivo-MFA Token Required"
    also appears to have an option to "Remove MFA". What does MFA
    buy if it is this easy to disable? Other MFA's I am using require a special
    code to disable.

    We offer the ability to remove MFA if your device is lost. Our set of criteria is that you need to confirm your request to remove MFA from your account via an email address. Other providers do have simple steps or more complicated steps to remove MFA, but Viivo drew the line at proving you own the email address associated with the Viivo account.

    Where is the option to remove MFA on the Mac client?

    I rebuilt my phone and Viivo doesn't show up in Google Authenticator.

    You also opened a support request. I have put in a request to have your MFA removed so you can set it up again. I will be responding to the support case.
