    Oliver,

Are you using the same OneDrive and VIIVO account on all systems?

    Joe! Sure!!!!
Like i explained already: the cloned client which gets f.ex. an new file in the unencrypted folder is working.. is decrypting the data over viivo, putting it into the onedrive folder and than pushing the sync to the cloud and to the office computer.
but the other client is not getting this new file.
so if creating a new file on the second clone and this is syncing.. it delets the new file created on the first clone before.. because this second clone don't has this file..
thats a correct behaviour.. but why he don't get this file too?
maybe a onedrive issue...... but i don't find informations like computer id of onedrive , registry info or what ever...

    Oliver,

In your scenario, where the VIIVO data is being synced between all computer - if the new file created on the Clone #2 has the same file name as the file created on Clone #1, the old file will be replaced by the new one.

If this is the case, then Clone #2 is in fact syncing, and should have had an original copy of the file as well.

To ensure synchronization between all of the computers, we recommend trying some sort of test file - perhaps a *.txt file. Create the file on the first computer, and make sure it is received by all of the others. Then, modify the file on the next PC, and check to see that the update is distributed to all computers. Repeat this process until the file has been updated on all PCs, and the updates have been synced to all computers.
