    Invalid Sync Location

    I previously set up a locker with synchronization using the Windows client without any problems. Then I noticed that the synchronization had stopped happening.

    So I disabled "Sync" and then re-enabled it. Now when I try to select the sync location, I keep getting the error "Invalid Sync Location." I had tried shortening the name of the sync folder, moving it to the Desktop, etc., and I keep getting this message.

    Any idea why this is happening and how I can get syncing to work again?

    See the attached screenshot. Note that I am running Windows 10 on a Mac using Parallels. Should I be running the Mac client instead?

    The Windows VIIVO client is expecting a Windows-style path name - i.e. - C:\Users\(username)\Documents\VIIVO-files (or similar). If you wish to sync files directly to your Mac folders, you will need to use the native VIIVO client for Mac, outside of Parallels.
